Disgruntled Chief of Army Staff

Chief of Army Staff Rukmangad Katuwal has been grumbling at Prime Minister Madhav Nepal over the Prime Minster disregarding his request for extending his term for a year according to the local media. Now, the Chief of Army Staff has been lobbying for getting the position of the military advisor to the President.
Chief of Army Staff Rukmangad Katuwal has been telling in private that he has been instrumental to make Madhav Nepal the Prime Minister, so, the Prime Minister has been irritated by such private talks of the army chief according to the local media. Thus, the army chief has been trying to prove the saying of former Prime Minister Prachanda that the current Government is running under the army boots to be true.
