Another Media Man Was Killed In Nepal

July 22, 2010: not even a week has passed since an assault on a media person called Pramod Shah, Director of Radio Janakpur, Southern Nepal, a group of unidentified people have shot dead another media man in Nepal clearly indicating the Madhav government has horribly neglected the security of media people.

A group of young people have shot dead Chairman of Radio Tulsipur FM 100.2 MHz Hemraj Dhital in Dang, Western Nepal on Thursday evening, July 22, 2010 the nepalnews.com reported.

A group of about five persons of the age between 20 and 25 chased Mr. Dhital and shot dead at Jaspur in Dang the nepalnews.com said quoting the Area Police Office, Tulsipur. Broadcasting Association of Nepal (BAN) has condemned the murder of Mr. Dhital and demanded the government to investigate the case immediately and take actions against the guilty.
