President Holds Tea Party

On April 17, 2009, President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav held a tea party on the occasion of the New Year following the Vikram Calendar at his official residence. He invited leaders of all twenty-five political parties represented in the Constituent Assembly. All of them exchanged new-year greetings and wished each other a better life in the New Year.
However, the main intention of the president was to bring all political leaders together and talk about the crafting of a new constitution and the peace process according to the news source at the presidential residence.
