Free Treatment at Health Centers and Posts

Minister for Health Giriraj Mani Pokharel said that the Government of Nepal following the provision made in the Interim Constitution for free medical treatment at the government health centers and posts has initiated free medical services at these health centers and posts since January 15, 2008. These health service centers and posts will provide the people with free services including prescription drugs, bandage and other items required for treating diseases and wounds.
