On September 16, 2009, representatives of three political parties such as Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist, Nepali Congress and Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist and Leninist have continued to talk about breaking the political deadlock caused by the Maoist legislators holding the legislature hostage demanding the debate over the unconstitutional step of the ceremonial President.
All of the representatives participating in the talks have said that they have been seriously talking about the possibility of taking a common scheme for the debate over the President’s step in the legislature.
