Government Restores Subsidy On Shallow tube wells

The current government has decided to restore the government providing farmers with subsidy on shallow tube wells. Thus, the government is going to hand out the taxpayers’ money to well off farmers, as only the well off farmers could own shallow tube wells.
Under the pressure of the multi-national bank, the government had stopped providing farmers with the subsidy on shallow tube wells a few years ago.
