Public Notice Published By Government

September 4, 2013: the State-run newspaper ‘gorkhapata’ today in the third page published the public notice by the government of Nepal, and the office of the prime minister and of the council of ministers following the order of the Supreme Court of Nepal issued on September 3, 2013 concerning the murder of Krishna Prasad Adhikari, and currently his parents holding fast-unto death demanding to bring the murders to justice.
Following the notice, the government could force the Adhikari couple to break the fast or forcibly feed them to keep alive. The notice has the series of actions taken by the government and the police concerning the murder of Krishna Prasad Adhikari. The notice also says that the case like the murder is the public offence case and the government automatically takes up such cases.
