Free Tibet Activists Arrested in Nepal

On July 01, 2008, Nepali Police arrested more than 50 Tibetan exiles heading to the Tatopani area of the Sindhupalchok district to hold a “Free Tibet Rally” on the border with Tibet. The Nepali police brought back 35 men and 17 women Tibetan exiles to Kathmandu according to the Radio Nepal news of 7:00 A.M. aired on July 02, 2008.
