NC And CPN-UML Not Submitting Concept Paper

November 30, 2009: the NC and the CPN-UML have not submitted their concept paper on the type of governance they want to have in Nepal, yet. They have not been in a hurry to do their homework for preparing concept papers clearly ignoring the possibility of adverse impact on completing the writing of a new constitution as scheduled.
If these two major parties don’t expedite their writing of concept papers and submitted those papers to the Constitutional Committee without delay then the accusation of the UCPN-Maoist that the two major parties: NC and CPN-UML have not been serious in writing a new constitution will come true.
