By KTM Metro Reporter

February 25, 2011: in the course of inspecting the Appellate Court in Tulsipur, Dang on February 24, Chief Justice Ram Prasad Shrestha has instructed the judges there to promptly deliver the justice to the people for earning the public faith in judiciary, ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today writes.

He has instructed the judges and court staffs to deliver judicial services to the utmost satisfaction of the customers so that they will not have room for any complaint.

The service delivery at the courts has been time-taking business, as litigants sometimes need to spend a long time to get their cases end. So wise men never go to the courts for justice rather will suffer a loss. At the end of day, losing something comes to a significant benefit than going after the justice that comes after spending a life in litigation if comes at all. So, time is the main factor in the judicial service delivery. Time limit of service delivery starting at the lowest court and ending at the apex court should not be more than two years. Currently, anybody can easily spend 20 years going one court after another but not ending the litigation.
