Forming An Expert Committee On State-restructuring

November 6, 2011: the Constitution Committee (CC) of the Constitutional Assembly (CA) in its meeting held on Saturday endorsed the proposal of the Dispute Resolution Sub-committee for setting up an expert committee on the state restructuring under the CA to resolve the disputed issues, ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today writes.
It needs the amendment to the Interim Constitution of Nepal of 2007. So, the CC also has endorsed the proposal for the amendment to the Interim Constitution of Nepal of 2007.
Chairman of CC Nilambar Acharya has said that after the seven-point deal four leaders reached, possibility of the first draft of the constitution being out within November 30 has been high according to ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today.
