Another Junta Government in Crisis
On Saturday, September 22, 2007, thousands of monks took to the streets in various towns of Myanmar in continuation of protesting against the military government for a sixth day, and labeled the Junta government as the enemy of the people. Monks continued and intensified their protest rally after their demand for apology from the Junta government for the violence against the peaceful protest rally staged by monks in the last week went unheeded. The organizers vowed to remove the Junta from power.
