Tarun Dal Of NC Enforces Chitwan Shutdown

August 8, 2013: Tarun Dal: the youth association of the NC has enforced the Chitwan shutdown today protesting against the arrest of its cadres for manhandling the driver driving a vehicle with the Indian license plate, according to the nepalnews.com.
NC activists went on a rampage and broke everything on the way. The police arrested eight of the NC cadres for vandalism at Pulchowk of Narayangadh today morning.
Police trying to stop the NC activists from vandalizing the vehicles met with the stones hurled at them. Consequently, the police clashed with the NC activists, according to the nepalnews.com.
