Taking Oath In Nepali or Not

Vice-president-elect Permananda Jha has not taken an oath of office again even after so many days of the ruling of the Supreme Court of Nepal has annulled his oath taking in Hind as unconstitutional.
On August 5, 2009, Deputy Prime Minister and Leader of newly formed Madheshi People’s Rights Forum-Democratic Bijaya Gacchedar has urged the vice-president-elect Permananda Jha to take the oath in Nepali abiding by the ruling of the Supreme Court of Nepal.
However, speaking at a public function, leader of Tarai Madheh Democratic Party Mahanta Thakur has said that the ruling of the Supreme Court of Nepal on the Vice-president taking oath in Hindi goes against the Madheshi people; so, it is not acceptable.
