India Wishes Nepal To Develop Every Sector Of Its Economy

December 22, 2013: speaking at the meeting of the Nepal-India Intergovernmental committee yesterday, Indian Secretary to Ministry of Commerce and supplies S.R. Rao said that the first aim of his country was to help Nepal in its prosperity, and India would do everything possible to decrease the mutual trade imbalance, according to the news in the ‘gorkhapatra’ of today.
He said, “Our Minister for Commerce has instructed us to immediately resolve all the problems of transport. From the prime minister down to the minister have instructed us to seriously engage in reducing the trade deficit of Nepal with India. If there were the problem of the bilateral trade promotion then we have to engage in resolving the problems. India is ready to resolve the problem Nepalese exporters have been facing.”
