Cabinet Decision of Lame Duck Government

December 2, 2010: after the cabinet meeting, Minister for Information and Communications and Spokesperson for the Government of Nepal Shankar Pokharel has told the journalists that the cabinet has approved the visit of Prime Minister Madhav Nepal to Cambodia to attend the Sixth General Assembly of the International Conference Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), and the visit to Brussels to attend the Fifth Trading of European Development countries program, ‘The Rising Nepal’ of December 1, 2010 reports.
The website of International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP): http://www.theicapp.org/committee/mem.html has it on the list of its Standing Committee members Madhav Kumar Nepal as Former Prime Minister and Senior Leader of the Communist Party (UML) of the country: Nepal.
Madhav Nepal has fooled all political leaders including the President but he could not fool the ICAPP. So, he has gotten what he really deserves the title of former Prime Minister not even the officiating one.
