Kudos To Cadres Of CPN-Maoist For Shutting Down Nepal

Issue 38, September 16, 2012

By KTM Metro Reporter

September 14, 2012: thanks to the cadres of CPN-Maoist, Nepalis remained idle for a half day today losing millions of rupees worth of business. They might continue to shut down Nepal more effectively than the so-called students unleashed by the opposition coalition of NC and CPN-UML. Don’t think that shutting down the country means your victory rather it is the defeat in the eyes of the people that suffer from your closing down the business of other people.

In view of even the so-called democratic opposition coalition using the illegal tool of shutting down the country in protest of what they don’t like and in the hope of getting the state power, it is not surprising that the party like CPN-Maoist led by Mohan Vaidhya that does not believe in democracy is using the most undemocratic tool to force the government to abide by what Mr. Vaidhya wants. Anybody could imagine what he wants. He has already submitted the 70-point demand to the government stating either you meet our demands or we go to the streets first and then to a war against the state. Could Nepalis bear another people’s war? No, not even the casual shutting down the country.
