CIAA Directs The Government Not To Transfer Budget

Issue 25, June 19, 2011

By KTM Metro Reporter

June 14, 2011: Commission on Investigation into Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has written a letter to the government instructing not to transfer budget from one heading to another at the last month of the fiscal year. The government has set the tradition of using the entire budget at the last month of every fiscal year for making money rather than doing something useful to the people.

Leaders of Nepali Congress have been asking the government of Prime minister Jhalanath Khanal not to make any major decisions and not to transfer any budget from one heading to another because Mr. Khanal has been the prime minister of the take-care government after the parliament has endorsed the five-point deal he has signed off along with other two leaders of the main three parties.
