March 27, 2012: at the Parliamentary Party meeting of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum-Republican (MJF-R) held at Singha Durbar yesterday for discussing the election of anyone from among the lawmakers to a new parliamentary party leader after its former parliamentary leader Jayaprakash Prasad Gupta landed in jail following the Supreme Court of Nepal convicting him of amassing wealth beyond his earnings when he served as a minister in the previous government, one of the lawmakers has punched another lawmaker. Consequently, they have failed in electing a new parliamentary leader.

Lawmaker BP Yadav suspended for misusing his privileged passports has punched Minister without portfolio Raj Lal Yadav according to the news in ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today. Obviously, Minister Yadav refused to let speak suspended lawmaker Yadav at the meeting stating he is suspended by the Special Court and his case is pending at the court.

Lawmaker Yadav had served several days in jail for letting others to use his passport for financial gains. Some of the Nepalese lawmakers have been smart to sell even their passports, given a chance they sell everything to make money.
