Preparing For Elections In November

October 24, 2013: a meeting of ministers and secretaries held at Singhadurbar yesterday presided over by Chairman Khilraj Regmi has reviewed all the preparations for the elections made by the government and the Election Commission, as the date for the second CA elections is approaching fast, according to the RSS news posted on the ‘gorkhapatraonline.com’.
They discussed the matters at the meeting concerning the management of employees for the election purpose, proper mobilization of resources and further measures to be taken by the security agencies for additional security.
Concerned ministers and secretaries apprised the members at the meeting of what the respective ministries have done so far.
Chairman Regmi directed his ministers and government secretaries to systematize the mobilization of resources and employees on duty and implement the election codes of conduct, according to Spokesperson for the government Madhav Prasad Poudel. The ministers and secretaries were also asked to completely abide by the election code of conduct.
