Foreign Aid Not Good For Nepal
By KTM Metro Reporter
October 7, 2012:Chairman of CPN-Maoist Mohan Vaidyha said that foreign aid was not good at all for the nation, as it would increase the dependency on foreign aid, writes nepalnews.com
Certainly, foreign aid was not good not only for the nation but also for Chairman Vaidhya, too because of the foreign aid he had received as the advice from his Chinese mentors, he had to tell the Nepalis that federalism was not good to Nepal, as it might break the country into pieces. Later, he had to explain to his colleagues that he was not against federalism but he just told what the Chinese mentors had told him but the Chinese mentors had denied anything that sort of things they had told Mr. Vaidhya while he was in China for a visit after securing the chairman of CPN-Maoist.
Now, Chairman Vaidhya has been pushing his cadres to stop any Indian vehicles entering into Nepal, as these vehicles might harm the national sovereignty and development but Nepalis had already felt the adverse impact of such quixotic adventure of Vaidhya. He also sent his cadres to stop any Indian movie displaying in any Nepalese theaters sending the movie operators to ruin. Similarly, he also sent his cadres to stop airing Indian songs on the Nepalese FM radios to make sure that Nepal would developed in the way he wanted.
One thing Chairman Vaidhya was going to do really good would be the exposure of the corrupt leaders but he had to make sure only his colleagues would be exposed not he in doing so. No doubt, Nepalese politicians have been the bunch of corrupt people. So, Chairman Vaidhya should be able to send most of his colleagues to jail rather than making them ministers.
At the same time, Spokesperson for CPN-Maoist Pampha Bhusal said that the CPN-Maoist should lead the next government. “Only the CPN-Maoist-led government will give an outlet to the political and constitutional crisis as position of all political parties is equal after the dissolution of the CA” said Bhusal at an interaction held by the Rafat Sanchar Club, Bhaktapur today. She blamed Dr. Baburam Bhattarai for signing different agreements with India and losing Nepalese integrity, and charged the government with corruption, writes RSS/thehimalayantimes.com.
