Only Madhav Nepal Can Do

While holing a confirmation hearing on the ambassadors the government has appointed, the members of the parliamentary committee have found that the government headed by Prime Minister Madhav Nepal has appointed former Chief Secretary Bhoj Raj Ghimire to the position of the ambassador to Canada where Nepal has no embassy, yet. So, the members of the parliamentary committee have asked the government to get an approval of the Canadian government to open a diplomatic mission in Canada before holing the confirmation hearing on the ambassador designated.
