Kathmandu: The EPS Korea Section, Department of Foreign Employment, Labor and Employment Ministry, Government of Nepal published the results of Korean language given to the Nepalese wishing to work in Korea in “gorkhapatra” of today as follow.

Note: Rate is in percent, and units for others are in persons.
The total number of applicants for taking the Korean language test is 75,580 but only 68,383 actually took the test. Of them 21,379 persons took the test for the manufacturing jobs, and 47,004 took for agricultural and livestock farming jobs.
Comments: It indicates that a developed country such as Korea has a deficit of labor whereas the country like Nepal has a huge surplus of labor. Thanks to the labor shortage in the developed countries the surplus labor in the developing countries has been absorbed in the developed countries making the unemployment problem in the developing countries less severe.
