Supreme Court of Nepal Demand Written Reply

April 22, 2010: A single bench of Justice Top Bahadur Magar has issued on April 21, 2010 an order in the name of the Government of Nepal to proved the Supreme Court with a reply in writing in response to the writ petition filed by the advocates on behalf of INHURED against the Nepal Army announcing new recruits for 271 technical posts. The petitioners have claimed that the Nepal Army announcing new recruits has violated the Comprehensive Peace Agreement the Government of Nepal has reached with the Maoists in 2006. Following the agreement both the government and the Maoists should not enlist new recruits.
