By KTM Metro Reporter

June 13, 2013: speaking at the fourth-death anniversary of the NC leader Sailaja Acharya in Kathmandu yesterday, General Secretary to NC Krishna Prasad Sitaula said that the tendency of the political leaders to please the foreigners for the personal gains has been the main reason for the political instability in Nepal, according to the news in ‘gorkhapatra’ of today.

Senior leader of NC Sher Bahadur Deuba has been in India since Sunday, June 9, 2013 for a six-day visit at the invitation of the Indian leaders. Deuba has met with the Chairwoman of Indian Congress Party Sonia Gandhi, and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He has with him are his spouse Araju Deuba, and General Secretary Bimalendra Nidhi.

President of NC Sushil Koirala and his vice-president Ram Chandra Poudel have been concerned with the visit of Deuba to India, as they took it as the Indian leaders have projected Deuba as a next prime minister, according to the local media news. However, both the NC president and his vice-president have not said anything publicly about this matter.
