PLA Warns Of Taking Up Arms If Peace Process Fails

June 8, 2011: after completing the mission of providing the Maoist leader with security and reaching the third PLA division camp at Shaktikhor, Chitwan yesterday, members of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) warn of taking up arms if the peace process fails and something goes wrong to the Maoist leader, ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today writes.
"We have returned with the hope of our return to the camp will make it easy for the peace process to conclude. If the peace process breaks down in the middle of its way, we will again carry the arms," ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today quotes Jivan Rokka: a PLA member deputed to the security guard of Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Prachanda.
