Prime Minister Not Follow Rule Of Law President Abuses Law

Issue 32, August 08, 2010

By KTM Metro Reporter

August 7, 2010: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not know Former Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Sharan’s meetings with the Prime Minister and the President; so one of the staffs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs comments that if such things go on then soon Nepal will not need a foreign ministry.

Obviously, as usual, officiating Prime Minister Madhav Nepal doesn’t need to follow the rule of law; he does everything going above the law. So, he has met with Former Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Sharan without the knowledge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to keep the Foreign Ministry people in darkness. Following the rule of law, while meeting with foreign dignitaries, the Prime Minister needs the presence of one of the staffs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Similarly, President Ram Baran Yadav abuses the basic law: the constitution, meeting with Former Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Sharan not only without the presence of the staff of the Foreign Ministry but also without the knowledge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
