Election To A CA Historic One

August 21, 2013: speaking at an interaction held by the 'ABC Television' in Janakpurdham yesterday, Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Prachanda said that the upcoming election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) would be a historic one, as all achievements would be in jeopardy if this election were not held, according to the RSS news on ‘gorkhapatraonline.com.’
The election would not be postponed for the CPN-Maoist not participating in it. He urged all folks not to doubt about the election, as the major political parties, the government and the Election Commission have made preparation for the election.
At a news conference held by the UCPN-Maoist of Morang in Biratnagar yesterday, leader of the UCPN-Maoist Barshaman Pun said that the date for the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) scheduled for November 19 would not be changed at any cost, according to the RSS news posted on ‘gorkhapatraonline.com’.
Leader Pun said that his party was ready to vacate 42 seats in the upcoming CA election if the CPN-Maoist were to participate in the election and joined hands with the UCPN-Maoist.
