Former King Speaks Out Again
By KTM Metro Reporter in Kathmandu
March 25, 2010: after visiting the famous shrine called Janaki Mandir on the occasion of the birthday of Ram in Janakpur and speaking to the Nepalese TV, former King Gyanendra has said that the exit and the return of the monarchy has been a tradition in Nepal. So, Mr. Gyanendra Shah anticipates returning back to monarchy. Mr. Shah repeatedly driving nails to the coffin of the monarchy has finally ended the monarchy; he is again trying to drive nails on his own coffin this time.
It is hard to believe the possibility of the dead corpse coming back to life again. However, Nepalis have some leaders that could do any sorts of miracle and ready to do anything to serve their interest. For example, speaking at the function held by Hindus in Kathmandu, Deputy Prime Minister Bijya Gacchedar of the Madhav Government has shamelessly said that Nepal has been a Hindu state so he agrees on holding a referendum on it despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of the people’s representatives have already discarded the Hindu state and the monarchy.
