CPN-Maoist: Breakaway Party Of UCPN-Maoist Called Nepal Shutdown

Issue 22, May 29, 2011

By KTM Metro Reporter

May 24, 2011: CPN-Maoist headed by Matrik Yadav, the breakaway leader of the UCPN-Maoist calling the Nepal shutdown has indulged in the criminal act of preventing the common folks from doing their regular business today. Shutting down others’ business by force and restricting the rights of common folks to do their regular business are the violation of the Interim Constitution of Neal of 2007 consequentially are criminal acts.

The criminals have already vandalized several vehicles across the country. The government has not been able to ensure the security of the lives and properties of the common folks and has left law and order in the hands of the criminals.

The Home Minister either needs to ensure the security of the people or quit the office. If the Home Minister is not doing his job then the Prime Minister needs to ensure the security of the lives and properties of the people in general if that is not happening then the Prime Minister has no rights to stay on in the office because the criminals have been ruling the country.
