All Parties Together Crafting A New Constitution Says Indian Foreign Minister

December 17, 2013: speaking to the reporters in New Delhi, India on December 16, 2013, Indian External Minister has said that all political parties together should craft a new constitution; none of the political should be out of the CA; the mixed electoral system has given small parties the opportunity of being in the CA for crafting a new constitution; a new constitution should be inclusive, according to the news in the ‘gorkhapatra’ of today.
However, most of the leaders of NC and CPN-UML including the so-called top leaders except for President of NC Sushil Koirala have been saying that they could craft a new CA without the presence of some political parties if they were to boycott the CA. NC, CPN-UML and some other political parties together have the two-thirds majority in the new CA. They could bully other political parties.
