Prime Minister’s Directives To Secretaries

Kathmandu, August 8, 2016: Prime Minster Prachanda called a meeting of Secretaries including the Chief Secretary to the government and instructed them to craft a plan within three days on enforcement of the Constitution including an amendment to it, reconstruction and new construction of the quake-damaged structures, completion of the peace process, public service delivery and the good governance, the news in “gorkhapatra” of today stated.

 

Prime Minister Prachanda also instructed the secretaries not to entangle in sending officials for the foreign visit, in attending seminars and personal benefit activities, and get engaged in the result-orient work rather than in the process-oriented work.

 

Stating four millions youths have to work in foreign countries, Prime Minister told the secretaries to ease them to get the passports, through the immigration and the custom.
