Learn To Protest Legally and Rationally

May 26, 2013: cadres of the Nepal Sadbhawana Party have imposed shutdown in the 22 districts of Terai region today disrupting the regular business of the common folks, and causing immense troubles to them. Their demand is to announce the date of elections to a new CA, according to the nepalnews.com
Leaders of the political parties should teach their cadres what are legal and illegal things to do. Shutting down others’ regular business is the heinous crime any human could commit. The government should bring the cadres shutting down the business of other people to justice.
Political parties supposed to run the country following the rule of law, themselves have been letting their cadres breaking laws, and burning trucks and vandalizing property and so on. Such political parties if they were to come to power would run the country following the law, that is very doubtful.
Nobody sees the rational of closing other people’s business for forcing the government to announce the poll date. The government is impotent. Taking the advantage of the government’s impotence, political cadres have been breaking laws and what not in this poor country. The government could stop such irrational actions of the political cadres neither by persuasion nor by the State power. The chief justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal turned into the Chairman of the Interim Election Council of Ministers has demonstrated the character of the most impotent prime minister in the history of Nepal.
