Fake Report On Nepal Maoists Training Indian Maoists

November 10, 2010: speaking at an interaction held in Kathmandu today, Chief of Military Wing of UCPN-Maoist Barsha Man Pun has said that following the directives of the Prime Minister, the Nepal Army from the Headquarters in Kathmandu has directed its Eastern Regional Headquarters to prepare a report stating the Nepalese Maoists have been training the Indian Maoists about six months ago, and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Rakesh Sood having his vested interest in seeing fake report makes its way to New Delhi has sent it to New Delhi; political advisor to the Prime Minister has rejected the charges of directing the Nepal Army to make a fake report on the Maoist training made on the Prime Minister, nepalnews.com and myrepublica.com write.

Recently, the Nepalese media have the news of India lodging the complaints through its ambassador in Kathmandu that the Nepalese Maoists have been training the Indian Maoists and have provided them with arms, too to the Deputy Prime Minister holding the portfolio of foreign affairs Sujata Koirala. She has promised to take up the issue seriously in the next cabinet meeting and to hold investigation into it.
