Inclusive State Stronger

July 4, 2013: speaking at the opening ceremony of the meeting of the eleventh management council of the National Academy of Development of Indigenous and Ethnic People, Chairman of Interim Election Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi has said that only the inclusive State will be strong and stable; so, the policy on inclusiveness is necessary to institutionalize the democracy, according to the news in ‘gorkhapatra’ of today.
Chairman Regmi also has said that the government will seriously take the proposal for opening the branches of the National Academy of Development of Indigenous and Ethnic People. Regmi is also the chairman of the National Academy of Development of Indigenous and Ethnic People.
Speaking at the same function, Leader of UCPN-Maoist Barshman Pun said that only 40 % of the seats of the CA should be directly elected and 60 % should be indirectly following the proportional representation to give relief to the disadvantaged people.
