Chairman Prachanda said that the issues of the form of governance and restructuring of the states could not be settled during the first CA and the constitution was not drafted, as valuable time was wasted in the name of consensus; such mistake will not be repeated in the future, according to the news on the ’gorkhapatraonline.com.’

Speaking at the inaugural function of the mid-western regional level conference on the CA election security in Nepalgunj yesterday morning, Home Minister Madhav Prasad Ghimire has said that the government has devised adequate security strategies to hold the November 19 Constituent Assembly (CA) elections; the government has built a capacity of foiling any ill-attempts to disrupt the elections, according to the RSS news posted on the ‘gorkhapatraonline.com’.

'The government will not use force over those who merely boycott elections but will take actions against those opting to disrupt election', said Home Minister Ghimire.

The government is committed to hold the CA elections for institutionalizing the democratic republic, and write a new constitution, and maintain political stability, the Home Minister has said.
