Prachanda For third People’s Movement

On October 26, 2009, speaking at the tea party held by the Kathmandu Ward number seven of the UCPN-Maoist on the occasion of the Nepal Samvat 1130, Chairman of UCPN-Maoist has said that third people’s movement is necessary to meet the people’s aspirations, as the current government has reversed the decisions on the people’s welfare made by the government headed by the UCPN-Maoist. He has also said that some ministers have been talking against the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, and have been attempting on creating an environment conducive to impose a state of emergency and impose a presidential rule.
