By KTM Metro Reporter in Kathmandu
On February 20, 2009, addressing the inaugural ceremony of the first National Assembly of Human Rights Concern Center held in Kathmandu, Prime Minister Prachanda said that his Government had not been able to meet the people’s aspirations for change, as it had been hard for his government to perform as desired by the people because of the political squabbles.
"People thought that there would be many changes for the good after Prachanda came to power, but I myself not satisfied with the things are going now. I have not been able to do all the things I wanted to do and the people have started to feel that their aspirations for big change would not be met," Prime Minister Prachanda said.
