Kathmandu: Manang has seen a surge of visitors to travel along the Trans–Himalayan Annapurna Circuit, and visit other scenic areas such as Thorong La Pass, Larke Pass and Kanla Pass and alpine lake: Tilicho Taal, as the time to visit this area is September to November.
Foreign visitors were 22,800 and domestic 8,000 last year, and the number of visitors have been increasing, as logistic support and lodgings have increasingly available in the beautiful areas such as Pisang, Dhyaru, Dangbole and Mananggaun from where visitors could enjoy unique natural scenes, the RSS news on therisingnepal.org.np stated.
Modern hotels and necessary facilities including medical for the visitors are available in the Manang areas.
