Is It A Special Security Design of Home Minister?
By KTM Metro Reporter In Kathmandu
On the morning of October 1, 2009, the Armed Security Police have killed three people in the Bhaurata Village of the Parsa districts. According to eyewitnesses, the villagers have locked up plainclothes police at a local school thinking they might be dacoits; backed-up Armed Security Police have indiscriminately fired on the villagers killing three people.
If the eyewitnesses’ version of the incident is the true one, then the Home Minister needs to resign from his position, as the Armed Security Police have taken the lives of three innocent people. In the name of special security, the armed police have no right to kill anybody they confront in the villages.
