President Dr Ram Baran Yadav and Prime Minister Prachanda of Nepal in separate messages congratulated US President Barack Obama on taking the office of the President of the United States of America and hoped that America will achieve progress and prosperity under his leadership.
Congratulating US President Barack Obama, Prime Minister Prachanda said that the American people’s support for his election to the highest office of the country was for the change the people desired for and hoped that America would prosper under his leadership.
Barrack Obama became the first non-white president of the United States of America on January 20, 2009.
