China to provide Nepal with a concessionary loan of Rs 13 billion

The People's Republic of China has agreed to provide Nepal with a loan of Rs 13 billion at a concessionary interest rate. The loan of $200 million equivalent to Rs 13 billion would be used for building the Upper Trishuli hydropower project and other development programs according to the Nepalnews.com sd Dec 20 07.
