Prime Minister Ordered Tainted Minister To Quit Office

October 20, 2012: Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai has ordered Minister for Labor and Employment Kumar Belbase to quit office today after the video showing the minister asking some money from a manpower company for constructing an office building for his party CPN-ML.
Minister Belbase belongs to the CPN-ML: one of the coalition partners of the Bhattarai government. The prime minister has asked the CPN-ML to recall the tainted minister. The prime minister said that he would fire the corrupt minister if his party did not recall him and the minister did not quit the office.
The ministry must be the nest of the corrupt ministers, as the Belbase's predecessor Sarita Giri also was involved in corruption. So, the prime minister had fired her, too.
