Controversy Over Ruling Of Supreme Court On Prime Ministerial Election

Issue 46, November 14, 2010

By KTM Metro Reporter

November 13, 2010: so-called Nepalese expert lawyers have started squabbling over the ruling of the Supreme Court of Nepal on the never-ending election to a Prime Minister. The ruling has simply drawn the attention of the Speaker of House to the never-ending election. The ruling has not stated to declare the running candidate to a winner of election.

In addition, the Supreme Court can only give its interpretation of laws and so on but cannot direct the House speaker what to do what not to do. However, the Nepalese lawyers have been confused on the verdict as always self-made confusion.

The Nepalese lawyers can make white a black and vice versa provided they have enough incentive to do so. They can legally bring even legendary figure Jung Bahadur back to life if they get enough resources to do so.
