Crafting A New Constitution Guaranteed

December 4, 2013: speaking at the diamond jubilee birth anniversary of Kirat religious leader Atmanand Lingden at Mangsebung of Banjho VDC of Ilam yesterday, Chairman of Interim Election Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi has said that the crafting of a new constitution and durable peace has been guaranteed with the successful completion of the November 19 Constituent Assembly (CA) elections, according to the RSS news on ‘gorkhapatraonline.com’.
"The CA election has led the country towards a new course and the nation will see peace and political stability," said Chairman Regmi thanking all for their support to hold the CA elections successfully.
Chairman Regmi pledged to make efforts to upgrade the Falgunanda route linking Damak of Jhapa to Rabi of Ilam and to hold discussion about giving a public holiday on the birth anniversary (Kartik 25) of national luminary Falguananda.
Guests from Sweden, India, Bhutan, Hong Kong and Britain also joined the celebrations. Home Minister Madhav Prasad Ghimire, Local Development Minister Bidhyadhar Mallik, Chief Secretary Leelamani Poudyal, district-based government office chiefs and representatives were also present at the function.
