Upon arrival at the International Airport in Kathmandu on Wednesday, August 04, Former Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Sharan has said that he is here in Kathmandu to discuss extensively with all the political leaders and then build the consensus politics so that the drafting of a new constitution will be completed on schedule. He has also said that India has been always for political stability and economic prosperity in Nepal.

Accompanied by Indian Ambassador to Nepal Rakesh Sood, Former Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Sharan has gone to meet with Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Prachanda, Acting President of Nepali Congress Sushil Koirala and Chairman of CPN-UML Jhalanath Khanal at their respective residences on Thursday, August 5, 2010.
