Nepal Government For Not Other Committing Crimes

On December 31, 2009, speaking to the reporters after laying the foundation stone for National Emergency Operation Center on the premises of the Home Ministry, Minister for Home Bhim Rawal has said that the government is committed to act strongly against individuals or groups perpetrating crimes and assaults under the political protection.

National Emergency Operation Center is for carrying out rescue operations during disasters, collecting information on possible disasters, storing information, and for mitigating disasters across the country.

Home Minister Rawal has said that the government is committed to control all sorts of crimes committed under the protections of the political parties and scuffles among the different youth organizations of political parties.

However, Prime Minister Madhav Nepal and Home Minister Bidhya Bhandari have committed crimes promoting Toran Jung Bahadur Singh indicted for the enforced disappearance of 49 people and saving another criminal Major Niranjan Basnet from the crime of killing a minor.
