Top Three For Including Prime Minister On HLPM.

On January 13, 2010, Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Prachanda, President of NC Girija Prasad Koirala and Chairman of CPN-UML Jhalanath Khanal have agreed on including Prime Minister Madhav Nepal on the High Level Political Mechanism (HLPM) as an invitee.
Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Prachanda has been not for including Madhav Nepal on the HLPM but once President Koirala and Chairman Khanal have agreed on including Madhav Nepal as an invitee on the HLPM, Chairman Prachanda has accepted it. They have agreed on including other leaders particularly the Madheshi leaders on the HLPM when they set it up on January 8, 2010.
President Koirala is coordinating the HLPM for ending the current political deadlock, and then completing the peace process and writing a new constitution.
