Justice Is In Abu Dhabi Cases Are In Kathmandu

July 13, 2013: “I am in Abu Dhabi. I will be back in Kathmandu this evening,” this is what Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal Girishchandra Lal posted on his facebook at about 11:00 am yesterday, while advocates and petitioners and opponents have been waiting for Justice Girishchandra Lal at the Supreme Court of Nepal to take up the cases for hearings, according to the news in ‘gorkhapatra’ of today.
A single bench of Justice Girishchandra Lal is supposed to hold hearings on 17 cases yesterday. Advocates and concerned people have been waiting for Justice Girishchandra Lal for hours. Among the 17 cases, some cases are of the national importance.
Advocates and concerned people have frustrated to find that the justice has not shown up at the Supreme Court of Nepal without giving any reasons. Anybody can guess how many losses the advocates and the people have made for not showing up the justice on time at the Supreme Court of Nepal.
