March 2, 2013: Four left parties such as CPN-Maoist-Vaidhya‚ CPN-Unified‚ CPN-Maoist-Matrika and Revolutionary Communist Party-Nepal yesterday announced a Nepal shutdown on March 6 to stop the formation of government presided over by Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi for holding elections to a new CA, according to the THT ONLINE news of yesterday. A meeting held at the party office of CPN-Maoist-Vaidhya in Buddhanagar yesterday decided to take out a torch rally across the country on March 5 and Nepal bandh on March 6, CPN-Maoist-Vaidhya politburo member Hitman Shakya told THT Online over phone.
Leaders of these four political parties are going to do nothing but to stop the businesses of the common folks for a day abusing their human rights to do business and travel peacefully without hindrance, and scare away the Nepal visitors causing the economic losses to the people involved in the tourism business in particular and Nepalis in general. Stopping the business of other people is the crime against humanity. So, these leaders abusing the human rights of the common people might meet the fate of Colonel Kumar Lama that had been arrested in the UK for torture he had done in Nepal.
